Our Cancellation Policy<\/h1>

A product ordered by mistake, provided it was in good condition at the time of receipt, may be exchanged or refunded. However, the product must be sealed and resent with a proof of purchase (copy of e-mailed confirmation or invoice printed through the site) within 30 days. If no proof of purchase is presented, the product may only be exchanged.<\/p>

The refund will be effective on your credit card or Paypal account within 3 business days following the reception of your returned products and inspection by a dedicated Olive & Olives staff member. Refund is effective on the paid value of the products including taxes, minus shipping fees.<\/p>

Olive & Olives does not refund delivery charges billed by www.oliveolives.com for a product delivered in good condition that is exchanged or reimbursed.<\/p>
