All our parcels are shipped within Canada by Purolater or other couriers and Canada Post if requested specifically in the section ORDER NOTES in the Billing section . The tracking number will be emailed to you after the shipment of your package.<\/p>

Free delivery is applicable on all orders of $90.00 or more<\/strong>\u00a0(before taxes)\u00a0in Canada except for\u00a0remote areas<\/a>.\u00a0Please consult the Canada Post list of remote areas by clicking\u00a0here<\/a>. Once your order is processed, we will contact with to complete the shipping\u00a0 fees by credit card.<\/p>

Customer is fully accountable for indicating the correct shipping address and email address. Should your shipping address be incorrect, a customer service representative will communicate with you, and shipping fees may be charged. Please acknowledge this also applies to unclaimed or refused parcels.<\/p>

Perishables<\/p>

Our policy is to ship products with an expiration date of at least 6 months unless specified other way on the website. If we cannot meet this commitment, we will contact you by\u00a0email to let you know the expiration date and to know if\u00a0you still want to receive the product.<\/p>

Broken or opened items\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

Olive & Olives \u00a0ships\u00a0the items in their condition of purchase and packs them properly to avoid breakage during transportation. Lost Packages<\/strong><\/p>

Parcels may get lost during transit. If you encounter this problem, please email us at \u00a0info@oliveolives.com<\/a> <\/u>\u00a0or call us at\u00a0514-381-4020<\/strong>, Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm EST.\u00a0<\/p>

We will then contact\u00a0our carrier\u00a0and sort out the situation with them.\u00a0Couriers or Canada Post set a deadline of 5 business\u00a0days from the date of inquiry\u00a0to determine the status of the package.<\/p>
