On the nose, it's a fruity green olive, with fruity, herbaceous, and vegetal aromas, such as tomato, reminiscent of the plants that coexist with our olive groves, as well as other fresh fruits such as apple, green banana, and almond.

On the palate, the attack is smooth, echoing the sensations perceived on the nose. Bitter and spicy. Very balanced, it offers a nourishing aftertaste and a delicate persistence over time.

Virrey del Pino extra virgin olive oil is used for meat and the preparation of all kinds of dishes. Fish and seafood, raw or used in various sauces. It is also used for the preparation and seasoning of various dishes, as well as for salads and desserts.
